TENANTS

Process

Once we have found you a property, you will be required to pay a holding deposit in order to take a property off the market.  The holding deposit will be deducted from your total move-in costs and payment will need to be by electronic transfer.  The reference process is completed directly with a third party Rent Safe Limited and they have their own payment structure.  The holding deposit by Whirlybird Property does not cover the fee charged by Rent Safe Limited and Leaseguard Limited to complete the reference process for the tenant(s).

Inventory

If required, a professional inventory clerk will be engaged to ensure both landlord and tenant are protected through the inventory report.  The format will have a check in and check out with all parties present.  The owner pays for the inventory report and the tenant(s) pay for the check in and check out of the property.  The selected inventory company will deal directly with the tenant(s) for logistics and payment.

Insurance

To provide added security insurance is available to protect you from unforeseen circumstances.

Local Information

Information can be provided on local amenities to ensure your 'moving in experience' is more enjoyable.

Fees

* Deposit Protection Fee £90.00 including VAT.
